Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Saturday Morning (8 AM – 12 PM)
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Job Summary:
An energetic and proactive Customer Service Staff is well-suited to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting relevant departments in the logistics industry. If you have good communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the ability to listen actively, handle issues, and provide solutions to drive rapid business growth, apply to King Freight now!
Responsibilities:
– Seek and work with service providers such as shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers, etc.
– Assist the sales team in finding optimal service packages and purchase rates for all requested services.
– Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and sending them directly or indirectly to customers.
– Track the status of shipments from start to finish and update necessary information for customers and suppliers.
– Enter purchase costs and sales rates into the system based on information from sales.
– Contact foreign agents to find solutions according to customer requirements, at export origin and import destination.
– Collect/issue invoices, debit notes, statements from/to related parties such as service providers, agents, customers, etc., to complete the revenue and expense process.
– Internal coordination with all departments and other branch offices is also an essential task, along with other duties as assigned in each case.
Requirements:
– University/College graduate in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
– No experience required, on-the-job training provided.
– Proficient in English and Chinese (HSK4 or higher) with good writing and email skills.
– Excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
– Ability to work independently and have team spirit and multitasking capabilities.
– Careful, honest, energetic, and good communication skills.
